Room Block Details
The Internet2 Rate
Reserve under the block name 2027 Internet2 Global Summit to receive the negotiated rate.
Room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes, currently 16.25%, in effect when you check out. With tax, the total is approximately USD $266 per night.
Rates will be available three days before and three days after the event based on availability. If you wish to extend your reservation beyond the room block dates, please contact the hotel by phone.
If the room block sells out before the cut-off date, additional rooms cannot be guaranteed.

Getting to the Hotel
From the Airport to Loews Philadelphia Hotel
Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) handles international arrivals, with U.S. customs and immigration on site. Travel times to the hotel vary with traffic.
Taxis are available at the commercial transportation curb outside each PHL terminal. No reservation needed.
Rideshare pickup is assigned at each terminal's designated zone.
The SEPTA Airport Line regional rail train connects PHL to Center City stations within walking distance of the hotel.
International Travelers
Traveling from outside the U.S.
Please review your entry requirements early, as visa or Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) processing can take time.
Official requirements and application details are available from the nearest U.S. embassy or consulate.
Begin the process as far in advance of the Summit as possible. Processing times vary by country.
Internet2 can provide registered attendees with a letter of invitation to support a visa or ESTA application.

Policies & Parking
Before you arrive.
A valid credit card is required to guarantee each reservation.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will forfeit one night's room and tax.
Plus 22.5% tax — approximately USD $60 per day including tax. Prices are subject to change.
