Block name: 2026 Internet2 Technology Exchange 

Block dates: Saturday, Oct. 24 through Friday, Oct. 30, 2026

Block rate: $259/night for single occupancy. Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 12.025%) in effect at the time of check-out.

Room Rates: Rates will be available three days before and three days after the event, based on availability. If you wish to extend your reservation beyond the room block dates, please contact the hotel by phone. The rate includes complimentary guestroom internet access.

On-Site Parking: $30 daily for self-parking and $54 daily for valet parking.

Reservation Method

Reservations for this event are made by individual attendees by calling reservations at 612-376-1000 (please be sure to reference the 2026 Internet2 Technology Exchange block). Attendees can also book their reservations online using the button below.

A limited number of rooms at a discounted rate are available for federal government employees. Government ID will be requested at check-in.  If you experience any issues when making your hotel reservation, please contact meetingregistration@internet2.edu.

Should the room block sell out before the block cut-off date indicated above, additional rooms cannot be guaranteed. Make your reservations early!
 

Hotel Guarantee and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation without penalty will be accepted up to 72 hours prior to arrival. If cancelling an entire reservation within 72 hours of arrival, the credit card on file will be charged one night’s room and tax.

Upon early departure, an early departure charge of one night's room and applicable tax applies.
