Plan your travel to Minneapolis to make the most of the TechEX26 experience. Before you book, check out the full slate of activities happening throughout the week. (Separate registration is required for tutorials and workshops. Co-located meetings are by invitation only.)

• Monday: Full- and half-day tutorials and community-led workshops
• Tuesday-Thursday: Main TechEX26 programming and sessions
• Thursday: ACAMP (the Identity & Access Management unconference) and Peer-to-Peer (the Advanced Networking unconference and evening reception)
• Friday: ACAMP, workshops, and NetGurus co-located meeting

Block dates: Saturday, Oct. 24 through Saturday, Oct. 31, 2026

Block rate: $259/night for single occupancy. Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 15.03%)

Room Rates: Rates will be available three days before and three days after the event, based on availability. If you wish to extend your reservation beyond the room block dates, please contact the hotel by phone. The rate includes complimentary guestroom internet access.

On-Site Parking: $30 per day for self-parking and $54 per day for valet parking.

Individuals can reserve their room for this event by calling 888-446-6677 (please mention the Internet2 Technology Exchange) or booking online using the button below.  A limited number of rooms at a discounted rate are available for federal government employees. Government ID will be asked for at check-in. If you wish to book a room at the government rate, please contact meetingregistration@internet2.edu for the booking code.

Guarantee and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations without penalty will be accepted up to 72 hours before arrival. If canceling an entire reservation within 72 hours of arrival, the credit card on file will be charged one night’s room and tax.
