Block dates: Saturday, April 11 through Friday, April 17, 2026

Block rate: $275/night for single occupancy. Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 18.55%).

Room Rates: Rates will be available three days before and three days after the event, based on availability. If you wish to extend your reservation beyond the room block dates, please contact the hotel by phone. The rate includes complimentary guestroom internet access.

Individuals can reserve their room for this event by calling 888-236-2427 (please mention the Internet2 Community Exchange) or booking online using the button below. 

A limited number of rooms at a discounted rate are available for federal government employees. Government ID will be asked for at check-in. If you wish to book a room at the government rate, please contact meetingregistration@internet2.edu for the booking code.

Hotel Guarantee and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation without penalty will be accepted up to 72 hours before arrival. If canceling an entire reservation within 72 hours of arrival, the credit card on file will be charged one night’s room & tax.
