2025 MS-CC Annual Meeting Travel Support

Thanks to its NSF funding, the MS-CC is able to provide travel support for some annual meeting registrants. Travel support funds are limited, and therefore, in accordance with MS-CC’s grant award funding, priority will be given to travel support applicants who are MS-CC participants from HBCUs, TCUs, and other MSIs.

Travel support covers the registration fee (if applicable), roundtrip travel to Nashville, TN (air/train/mileage), May 28 and May 30, lodging at the Loews Nashville at Vanderbilt Plaza, and more. During registration, an MS-CC Travel Support Acceptance Form detailing what is covered will be provided.
