ResearchChannel leads the way in advanced streaming
media with High Definition video-on-demand, broadcast-quality
multicast,
and distribution of live DV over IP. ResearchChannel also
provides thousands of programs to viewers around the world
in bandwidths ranging from 28.8 Kbs to uncompressed HD at
1.5Gbs. During the Virtual Briefing, the infrastructure and
interfaces that make these projects successful will be discussed,
with a focus on the Internet2 working group projects.

you wish to view the Real version
of the Starbak stream, you must
follow these directions to install two plug-ins:
- Open your RealPlayer and in the menu select Help
: About RealOne Player.
- When the About window pops up, click the button, Check
for Update.
- A selection of multimedia plug-ins will appear.
Scroll down and check-off both H.261 Video
Plug-in Support and H.263 Video
Plug-in Support.
- Select Install.
- Close your RealPlayer.
- Go to the Starbak link above.
