EVENT REGISTRATION
Due to limited space at the conference facility and current levels of participation, registration is officially CLOSED for TIP2013. We are hoping to accommodate more participants but, at this point, please contact us if you would like to be placed on a waiting list. Space for participants will be made available on a "first come, first served" basis and depending on what the conference center facilities can accommodate.
If you are interested in participating in the ESCC meeting, the Network Performance Workshop or the IPv6 Workshop, registration is still OPEN but you will need to contact Internet2 directly to begin this process.
Registration for the OpenFlow Workshop (Thursday January 17) is available here through Indiana University's website.
Registration for the GLIF Technical Working Group meeting (Thursday January 17 - Friday January 18) is available here through TERENA's website.
Conference Fees
Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy:
You may pay for this conference in the form of a credit card or invoice guaranteed by credit card. When you visit the registration page, you will be asked to indicate your form of payment. If you request an invoice and if the invoice is not paid within thirty days of the event, the credit card provided will automatically be charged for your meeting registration fee.
Cancellations received on or before 11:59:00 PM EST on Friday, December 28, 2012 are entitled to a full conference refund less a $20 administrative fee. There will be no refunds after this date. If you cancel after 11:59:00 PM EST on Friday, December 28, 2012 and have not paid by any other means, your credit card will be charged the cost of the registration fee. If you cancel your registration after 11:59:00 PM EST on Friday, December 28, 2012 you may name another person from your organization to take your place for meetings that allow transferred registrations. To cancel, transfer, or make changes to your registration, please contact meetingregistration@internet2.edu.
