Session Abstract
The underlying technology allowing network access with eduroam is well defined and standardized: 802.1x and WPA2. On the other hand the way roaming is accomplished on a regional, national, and international level is ever changing and improving to accommodate the growth of the eduroam federation. More countries and a more diverse body of connectors (museums, hospitals, libraries, ...) are joining the federation. This session will discuss the challenges of the expansion of eduroam and consider how to address them with existing or new methods.
