Internet2 Member Meeting Participation Policy

Internet2 Member Meetings are a semi-annual event intended to highlight member's achievements and progress made on major projects and collaborations. To this end, Internet2 retains the following policy for meeting participation:

  1. Track session proposals must be submitted (and ideally led) by an Internet2 member institution.
  2. Poster session submissions are open to Internet2 members and international MOU partners.
  3. Sponsorship and promotional opportunities are open to Internet2 members only and subject to approval by Internet2's Director of Communications.
  4. Side meeting and BoF requests must be submitted by an Internet2 member.
  5. Registration is open to the public. Internet2 members, the K20 advisory committee, InCommon participants and International partners receive discounted registration fees.
  6. Members of the media may receive complimentary registration to attend the track sessions and general sessions only. All other meetings are closed to individuals attending with a media registration. Media registration requests are subject to approval by Internet2's Director of Communications.
