
Internet2 Member Meeting Participation Policy
Internet2 Member Meetings are a semi-annual event intended to highlight member's achievements and progress made on major projects and collaborations. To this end, Internet2 retains the following policy for meeting participation:
- Track session proposals must be submitted (and ideally led) by an Internet2 member institution.
- Poster session submissions are open to Internet2 members and international MOU partners.
- Sponsorship and promotional opportunities are open to Internet2 members only and subject to approval by Internet2's Director of Communications.
- Side meeting and BoF requests must be submitted by an Internet2 member.
- Registration is open to the public. Internet2 members, the K20 advisory committee, InCommon participants and International partners receive discounted registration fees.
- Members of the media may receive complimentary registration to attend the track sessions and general sessions only. All other meetings are closed to individuals attending with a media registration. Media registration requests are subject to approval by Internet2's Director of Communications.
