Northwest Airlines
Airline reservations can be booked through Conlin Travel at 734-477-6046 or 800-936-1587. Please indicate that your travel is for the Winter 2010 Joint Techs in Salt Lake City, UT.
Airline discounts will be effective from January 23rd, 2010 through February 7th 2010. Any Northwest/Delta flights originating from Atlanta - Cincinnati - Detroit - Memphis - Minneapolis will receive a 5% discount off the published fare. All other Northwest/Delta flights will receive a 7% discount off the published fare. All fares must be over $120.00 each way before discounts apply.

Reservations Method: A dedicated booking website has been created for our event. Guests can make, modify, and cancel their hotel reservations ONLINE HERE. If guests cannot make their reservation online, via the dedicated website, please call this dedicated phone line for the event 1-801-832-4532/1-800-266-9432. Reservations must be made by 5:00PM local time on Friday, January 8, 2010.After this date, reservations will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis. Please contact Layne Elliott (lelliott@sunstonehotels.com) or call her directly at 801-584-3310 to secure your reservation after January 8. If you call the national reservations number you will be told there is no availability. The hotel has no obligation to provide room nights beyond those contained in the block. All rooms are subject to applicable taxes.

Guest Room Charges/Cancellation Policy: Guests are responsible for their own room charges, tax, and incidental charges. When reservations are made, the hotel will require a deposit equal to the room rate and tax for the first night for each reservation. The deposit is refundable if the Hotel receives notice of an individuals cancellation at least 72 hrs prior to scheduled arrival.
