Welcome! Thank you for your interest in the Spring 2005
Internet2 Member Meeting which will be held from May 2-4, 2005 in Arlington,
VA.
Internet2's annual Spring Member Meeting this year will bring together more
than 700 leaders in research and education to address key advances in high
performance networking and other leading-edge Internet technologies.
The
member meeting will cover topics such as scalable next-generation network
infrastructures, advancements and adoption of middleware capabilities, security
on high-performance networks, as well as presentations on advanced applications,
and technical progress in the K-20 community. With attendees representing over
300 Internet2 member institutions and partners, Internet2's 2005 Spring Meeting
is among the largest in the organization's history.
Internet2 will netcast
live several select sessions from its member meeting including its first
general session with a keynote address from Dr. Arden Bement Jr., director
of the National Science Foundation and Dr. Douglas Van Houweling, president
and CEO of Internet2.
