Non-Member Meeting activities include private group meetings, separately
organized workshops, and other events that take advantage of the Member
Meeting.
These events are not included in the Member Meeting program and
some of
them
may involve separate fees. Pre- and post-Meeting events that
are
open,
such as separately organized workshops, will be posted on the
Member Meeting
website and in the printed program materials.
Note: Organizers of pre- and post-Meeting events are responsible for
communicating
with their participants regarding scheduling to enable them
to adjust their
travel plans accordingly.
