A Note on Scheduling for the Spring 2004 Member Meeting
Non-Member Meeting activities include private group meetings, separately
organized workshops, and other events that take advantage of the Member
Meeting. These events are not included in the Member Meeting program and
some of them may involve separate fees. Pre- and post-Meeting events that
are open, such as separately organized workshops, will be posted on the
Member Meeting website and in the printed program materials.

Note:
Organizers of pre- and post-Meeting events are responsible for
communicating with their participants regarding scheduling to enable them
to adjust their travel plans accordingly.
