The Hilton Austin is located in the downtown business district and near all attractions and points of interest in the downtown area such as the Capitol Building, University of Texas campus, Bob Bullock Texas Historical Museum, and the LBJ Presidential Library. The hotel is one block from Sixth Street entertainment and walking distance from the Warehouse Entertainment District. The Hilton Austin is approximately seven miles from the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport.

All reservations must be accompanied by a first night's room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.

Block Rate:
USD$149/night (single or double occupancy). $20 each additional person/night (triple or quad occupancy)
***Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state/city taxes (currently 15%/night) in effect at the time of check in.

Guarantee and Cancellation Policy:
One night's deposit or credit card guarantee is required at the time of booking. This deposit/guarantee is fully refundable provided a 72-hour advance notice of cancellation is received by the hotel.

Hotel Parking Charges:
Self-parking is $10 per day. Valet parking is $15 per day.

Guest Rooms:
The property features 800 guest rooms with one king or two double beds, chair with ottoman or love seat, 27" TV, spacious work desk with two phones (each with 2 lines), voicemail and a data port offering wireless high-speed internet service. A hospitality center in each room includes a servi-bar and coffee maker. Iron/ironing board and hair dryer are also standard in all rooms.

Hotel Amenities and Restaurants:
The hotel has a business center (offering express mail, fax service, modem, photo copying service, printer, secretarial service), concierge service, and full-service health club featuring exercise facilities, massage therapy, and personal trainers, as well as food and beverage amenities, including two restaurants, a coffee shoppe, a lobby bar and 24-hour room service. A 48-foot outdoor heated lap pool and whirlpool are also available.

Additional hotel conveniences include: multi-lingual staff, laundry/valet service, Automated Teller (ATM), baggage storage, concierge desk, elevators, foreign currency exchange, gift shop, guest activity/recreation desk, lounge, luggage hold, news stand, and safety deposit box.

The rates are guaranteed and include unlimited free mileage. Pick up and returns are from Austin- Bergstrom International Airport. Rates quoted do not include any state or local surcharges, tax, optional coverages or gas refueling charges.
