Fall 2004 Internet2 Member Meeting

Call for Poster Sessions

The deadline for submissions has now passed.

Notification: Week of August 2, 2004.

The call for presenting a poster session at the Fall 2004 Member Meeting in Austin, Texas, September 27- 30, 2004, is now available for response. The Fall Meeting will focus on innovative applications and the underlying high-performance network infrastructures that enable them. Participants at the Fall meeting are expected to come from wide range of communities and disciplines. Information about the meeting can be found at http://events.internet2.edu/2004/fall-mm/

Poster sessions are a consciously low-tech forum for the exchange of information and ideas about collaborations, projects and works-in-progress. Stories are conveyed by the use of graphs, diagrams, pictures, data, and narrative text displayed on ~4' x 3' corkboard. Participants informally discuss their presentations with meeting attendees during the staffed hours for poster sessions, usually breaks and mealtimes.

Regular, Corporate, and Affiliate members and international MOU partners are welcome to submit proposals for poster sessions.
