The Fall 2003 Member Meeting will focus on innovative
applications and the underlying high-performance network infrastructures
that enable them. Participants at the Fall meeting are expected
to come from a wide range of communities and disciplines.
Faculty members, researchers, scientists and applications
developers will find the meeting valuable for exploring how
advanced applications transform many disciplines and research
areas. Technical sessions on the development and evolution
of high-performance network infrastructures will interest
those from the national and international network engineering
community, and discussions on critical issues facing the research
